I want to start eating whole grains, non-processed foods, and more fruits and veggies. I just wish my parents kept those things in the house. Gonna have to work extra hard to not cheat.
Just did P90X X Stretch, and it hurt like a mother. It feels good, now, but OhMyGod! I didn’t realize I was so tense.

Got the app, MyFitnessPal.
I’ve been tacking everything on it. I’m starting at 1500 calories a day, and trying to burn about 300 calories a day.
Next week, I’ll lower the calories, and up the calories to burn.

My mom and I are going to the Dolly Parton Diet...
It’s just 7 days, of all the cabbage soup and water you want, plus:
DAY 1: All fruits except bananas.
DAY 2: All vegetables, raw or cooked. This includes baked potato with a LITTLE butter.
DAY 3: Fruits and vegetables, but no potatoes or bananas.
DAY 4: Bananas and skim milk—eat as many as 8 bananas and drink as many as 8 glasses of skim milk.
DAY 5: Beef, skinless chicken,...
I took a look at the Dukan Diet,
And I really like its approach, and its meal plan seems like something I could follow. I’m going to order the book, hopefully.
This is what it came up with for my true weight:
I think if I followed this plan, I could reach the 119 lbs by September 12.
Maybe I’ll give this a go.
